Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

In the rare event that a product is independently verified to fail purity, identity, or quality standards, Zello Labs will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Customers must provide verifiable third-party testing documentation for review. Claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
